ZinTASTIC WINES
Picture

Shattuck Vineyard wines are distinctive, offering both White and Red wines.  All wines are made through a typical process; the grapes are crushed, de-stemmed and put through a temperature controlled fermentation followed by a resting and oaking process depending on the wine that is being produced.  Once the wine is ready, bottling and labeling takes place at our winery. Our goal is to provide great palatable wines at an affordable price.  We are extremely happy to be part of this beautiful Sierra County. Come by, be our guest, try some wine, and take some home!
